1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

6. Suspension of use and deletion of personal information
If you wish to have the use of your personal data held by our company stopped or deleted (hereafter, collectively referred to as “use stopped, etc.”), we will respond to your request after confirming that the person making the request is the person in question (or their representative).
However, in cases where the information is being handled within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use, is being collected using appropriate methods, or is being retained in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we may not be able to comply with your request.
Please note that if we suspend or delete all or part of the information, we may not be able to provide the services or conduct transactions in accordance with your request.
7. Suspension of Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
